Early 20th century sterling silver rattle top in the form a clown or period figure. Chester hallmark, Date-Worn. Maker - W.H.C ( W.H. Collins & Co ) There are two holes at the base (one in each shoe) which would have been where the handle was housed. The figure still has its rattle inside. The figure is very sweet and measures. 5cm by 2cm.
