Royal Doulton ‘Janice' -HN2165.

A stunning figurine modelled by M.Davies from a portrait of Lady Jane Grey, the young Queen beheaded in 1553 to make way for Queen Mary. The figurine was introduced in 1948 and retired in 1964. She is 7.5 inches high and wears a black gown, trimmed on grey, teal and pink. Excellent condition.
